Creating a Safe Environment
| New Online Video Training Course. Must be completed by all Employees and Clergy, as well as Volunteers who have ongoing contact with minors. Approximately 30 minutes. Upon completion you will be sent an e-Mail Confirmation.
School Volunteers should Print this Confirmation and submit it to Mrs. Perkinson in the School Office. | After completing the Safe Environment Training Course, future plans are to have a yearly 10-minute refresher course. |

| Overview of Criminal Record Check Procedures | Instructions, provided by the Diocese, for completing the Criminal Record Check process. | |

| Pennsylvania Access to Criminal History | Online website. Click on Submit a New Record Check and follow the instructions. There is $10 fee, payable by Credit Card. You will be provided with a Certificate. Please save this document to your computer and/or print multiple copies. One copy needs to be provided to the Parish/School and one copy will need to be sent with the Child Abuse History Clearance below. | Submitted one time, provided there is no break in service.

| Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance | Complete this form in its entirety and mail to the address on the form. You need to include a COPY of the Criminal History Certificate (above) and a Money Order for $10. (If you are an out-of-state resident, you will also need to include a COPY of your Processed FBI Clearance, below.) The Child Abuse Clearance Certificate will be mailed to you and you will need to present the ORIGINAL document to the Parish/School. | Submitted one time, provided there is no break in service.
